Post Alley

Sometimes little things make all the difference. Like in this case, if not for this sign I would not (and thousands of other tourists) take this photo. It makes this photo. This is the lower end of the alley, the end is connecting to the Pike Street Market, has all those disgusting gummy walls and have one or two nice little bars. Also, this alley is a home to the Pike Brewing Company.

Friday Mystery Photo

Hello everyone, it is another Friday and it is time for a mystery photo. This is probably the largest iron I have ever seen, huge. The blue cast on it coming from the windows behind me, there were some shops with some funky clothing and other interesting goodies. As you look at it, I’m in transit traveling at the moment, I’ll see if anyone got it right on Saturday. So where is it?

Everything Needs Water

I think this was our first or second day in Beijing, we were walking from our hotel towards the Tian An Men square, already hot and sweaty. I had my camera on and was taking some random photos of everything around me. I saw this guy and another random shot was taken. The white sky you see is pretty normal for BeiJing, during our 4 days we didn’t see blue skies, not even once, it was cloaked with this white all absorbing air, keeping the heat and making everyone pretty miserable.

Bainbridge Ferry

At first I was attracted to colorful reflections, took a few photos, then noticed quickly approaching ferry, waited a bit for it to come into the frame and fired again. I don’t really know if it is a Bainbridge Island ferry or some other island ferry, I just choose to think that it is.
