Switch backs between the top of the Canyon Lands National Park and the White Rim Road. Something like 1000 feet in elevation difference. While the road is in great condition, sharp turns and drop offs can be terrifying if you are not use to it. At this spot I was probably about two thirds up.
One definitely needs 4-wheel drive and good tires not to mention good nerves.
