When it rains in Boulder Colorado, it snows just a few hundred feet higher. Rained over night, woke up to blue skies and this view.

What is the name of the Glacier and have you been to it?
It is located in Colorado. Wether it is still technically a Glacier is not important. If you look on the map, it is called as Glacier.
I have been to it once at the end of summer and did some foot skiing on it at the bottom.

From a few days ago when we had our latest snowstorm. Red Rocks in Boulder Colorado. Usually when someone mentions Red Rocks people think of Colorado Springs, but we do have it here in Boulder as well. Much smaller, yet visible from most parts in central Boulder and the views from there are very nice as well.

Rugged Rocky Mountain National Park. One of my preferred winter hikes when I have time is Sky Pond. Very few people go there (not like tourist trap the Dream Lake, which I do as well). This time two guys showed up about 40 minutes after I got there. Perfect place for some solitude. Btw, Sky Pond is to the left up there below that nice snowy slope. What is your favorite winter hike at RMNP?

Took my dog for an evening walk and saw this. Storm is over and great meltdown is about to start. Most of it will be gone before weekend.
