What do you see in this photo?
Look what I found. A secret staircase to Mt Princeton! As you start walking up it might propel you straight to the summit, bypassing all that awful rock scree. It might not. Everyones mileage will vary.
Grey & snowy morning deserve a B&W photo. Day started with beautiful sunrise (which I didn’t capture) from my bedroom window and turned into wet snow. Boulder Creek can be moody in such conditions and was my destination to take the dog for a quick walk.
Quick hike up to Red Rocks before dinner. I like how the first Flat Iron get hit by the setting sun, it is even more profound in the summer, but not too bad at this time of the year. The wind have been nonstop over the last couple days and another storm is coming overnight. Currently around 55F should drop below 30 by early morning and probably some wet snow as well. Gotta love Colorado!
