Every time I climb up South Arapahoe Peak I spend time admiring this view. Right across the Arapahoe Glacier looking north you can spot Longs Peak, but what cool is this dramatic landscape in the foreground that makes it.

Hiked to South Arapahoe Peak in Indian Peaks Wilderness, what a beautiful day! You are looking here at the Grays and Torreys Peaks, two of Colorado front range 14ers. I climbed both of them last year in August.

Mt Elbert 14,438’, highest mountain in Colorado. Taken from Mt Massive 14,427’. Late August 2021.
Notice two trail runners… they ran up to the summit, we chatted and then they darted back down. Mt Massive is good for it.

Hello beautiful people. Here is another sunrise on top of the continental USA. This is view of Mt Harvard 14,420’ as was seen from Mt Belford 14,197’. September 2021.
I have yet to visit Mt Harvard, it is in the plans for this summer! I wonder if Mt Belford and Oxford (not visible here) will have any visual presence from Mt Harvard.

View of Mount Massive, 14,421’, from the Mount Elbert, 14,433’, the top of Colorado and second highest peak in the continental USA.
Took this picture about ten month ago in August of 2021. Sunrise time at the top of the local world is the best time to be there. Itching to get a few more under my belt this season as well.
Happy hiking!
This photo is definitely better viewed on the large screen. Check it in high resolution in my print gallery.
