ahh, I miss those warm waters, not just warm but crystal clear warm waters of Mediterranean. with our current weather forecast predicting freezing rain over night and then some roller coaster temperature swings over the next few days, so being at some nice spot under the sun is something most of us probably dream at the moment (at least here in the northern hemisphere).
Ah, the Mediterranean, I was really impressed with its crystal clear, warm water, calm like a lake. I’m sure it get good waves, but I hardly saw any during our 4 days being there.
Couple weeks ago I posted Friday Mystery Photo. I never actually revealed the location of where it was taken. There were great guesses, getting it pretty much right about its being Roman ruins, but not the location. That photo was taken maybe about 300 meters away from this spot, back in the mountains. This is Olympos area on the Mediterranean Sea, it has a lot of old Roman and other historic periods ruins.
Although we spent only half a day in Antalya itself, it is the place I’d like to visit again. I mean, judge it for yourself, pretty awesome if you ask me. After taking this photo we made our way to a restaurant that seats on the cliff right above the beach. I must say that I enjoyed the view down below while sipping some beer and eating shishkabubs.
I did very little post processing to this photo. On a beautiful day, at a beautiful place like this no post processing is required. Pretty much straight out from the camera for your viewing pleasure. And if you want to see it in high resolution all you need to do is click on it.
