Easy one today for our world travelers and bridge aficionados. If you been to this place or saw other photos then you are more likely know where it is. This was a nice, somewhat humid evening in this great city, a few hours later it started raining and I think it rained for a good day or two, well, now I’m giving it away. Happy Friday everyone!
According to locals I was lucky to catch a real sunset in Portland in the month of February, they said that it fairly seldom event. Mostly the sky is overcast or it is raining. Sure enough, next morning it started raining, entire Pacific North West was under big rainy storm. It is rainy in that part of the country.
Ship wreck enthusiasts will have an easy time with this one, so as beach goers in that part of the country. For the rest of us, it is not as commonly seen one, at least I never saw it till I actually stepped on that beach.
I guess if there was a sign “Swim at Your Own Risk”, it would be very appropriate here, with all of those metal rods sticking out, I’d be very careful to even walk around this wreck.
Ohh man, we have another heat wave on the East coast. Yesterday my car was showing 107F, and it is right around there, the official temperatures somewhere around 103-105F, so hot. Most of the flowers in my garden started to die, I had to do some heavy duty prolonged watering all around the house.
As you might guess, to fight the heat, I have a fairly cool, I mean, showing cool and cold environment, photo. This is another one taken on the Mt Hood, nice cool sunset. Enjoy and have a great Sunday!

Walking around tiding pools sometime can be dangerous. But tiding pools are really cool to explorer, so much of marine life with all of the starfishes and other cool creatures.
