Florida Sunset

Little Break

So I did not post anything for two weeks. Actually it was a nice break from it. Coming up with photos is not an easy task and it can get a bit stressful to come up with 20+ photos each month. For the last two weeks I completely ignored all the blogs and postings and whatever else related to it. It was nice.

I’ll resume posts, but probably not as often as I did over the last nine month.

Florida Sunset

I took this photo last year on the Golf Coast in Florida at the tip of Crystal River, not far from one of their Nuclear Plants. I took some photos of the Plant as well, but it didn’t turn out anything interesting. The following day we went to swim with manatees at the Homosassa River, which was pretty awesome experience.

  1. You’re right to take some time away. I think posting something every day is a bit too much for most people to do, and anyway, there shouldn’t be that kind of pressure. Why not just post something when you feel like it? We always enjoy your photos, but they don’t have to be every day.

  2. I know how you feel about trying to post so often. I never held myself to such a schedule. I want it to be fun and not a chore. Your photos are always beautiful and enjoyable to see no matter when you get them up for viewing.

  3. Hi- Love your honesty about posting as much as I love your photos! Good to let yourself off the hook and enjoy rather than it being a slog. Keep on inspiring us with your wonderful photos, when the mood strikes! 🙂

  4. Beautiful shot!! Take the time you need! We love your photos – when you do something you love, it shouldn’t feel like work! Glad you took some time off. Thank you for continuing to share your talent!

  5. Josh here from the BlinkPack blog. This shot captures the essence of so many trips I have taken to Florida. Thanks for sharing it. Wishing you all the best in your travels and blogging. Cheers!

  6. Sunsets and sunrises are always my favourite as there are no two alike and every part of the world they are different. Thanks for the visit.

  7. Florida sunsets are some of the best I have ever seen (next to California of course!). Over the ocean they are crystal and majestic. I always have such a wonderful time in Florida, the sunsets are always the cherry on the cake for me at the end of a long day of exploring. I was just there with a few friends on a road trip and best place? Palm Bay! Cute and quiet, exactly what we needed by the end of it! Stayed at the Palm Bay Hotel (www.palmbay-hotel.com). Affordable and close to the water!
