Friday Mystery Photo
All I can say is that I would not mind to have a house in that part of the world and live there full time or at least have an ability to visit it many times each year. You probably know many places like that, this is one of them. But to be specific to this photo, you have to tell us what it is and where it is.

Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park
Last night we watched “Chasing Mavericks” and it made me think about California coastline. This photo is not exactly the same area where they do a lot of surfing, but it made think about this spot as I watched the movie. We stopped here during the bright sunny day, not the best time for photography, but when you have only one day to cover a lot of places it is hard to be picky. There were quite a few people on the short trail that takes from the parking to this view and even during the day there were a few folks with serious cameras.
Bixby Bridge #2
Back in March I shared the first Bixby Bridge image that I took last year on our short trip to Big Sur. It felt like a good time to come up with the second image. Almost the same view, just a bit farther from it. HW 1 is full of photo opportunities and we tried to take advantage of most of them.
